PURPOSE: Our goal is to develop a contract that is legally robust and embodies the best, most current thinking on the law applicable to RECs and RECs trading. The intent is for those in the RECs market -- either voluntary or compliance -- to have an Agreement that will legally meet their business needs and expectations.
